Anyone who is purchasing for an establishment (hotel, restaurant, bar, golf course, bed & breakfast) or has a say in the decision making process.

Example of a Supplier:

Anyone who does not work for one of the above establishments but sells to the hospitality industry. (Soliciting on the exposition floor is prohibited.)
